I applied online. A few days later received an Alva test. Received a call from recruiter the day after, where she asked the standard questions, like why do I think I am fit for this job? Next was an interview with Project manager through zoom. The interview took 1 hour to conclude and I was sure I have left an impression. The recruiter emailed me that they have had a good impression of me and I would receive details about the next stage in following days. It took them 10 days to email me back and saying that they have chosen someone else for the position. no satisfying feedback, no reasoning, just a rejection.
