The interview process was smooth and well-organized. It started with a phone screening, followed by a skills assessment and a panel interview with the hiring team. The final round was with senior leadership to assess cultural fit. Communication was clear throughout, and the process took about a few weeks. Overall, a professional and positive experience!
The interview is about a dozen people together. The interviewer asks questions and begins to introduce himself. Then groups (basically people sitting at the same table) role-play customers and sales.
