2 interviews ... the first one is over the phone and if accepted then you will have an interview at the office with an HR manager... Then you will have a short interview with a manager where you need to "sell them a product" ... after that there is a short test for States short forms and how fast you can type. After that if you are accepted you will have a personality test.

It was and initial phone screen that lasted 15 minutes. I was then invited in for 30 minutes in person interview and overview of the opportunity. In addition there was a tour of the facility and Call Center.

Three level interview .phone interview with HR , assessment test , Manager interview. Assessment test is old school type. It's easy process. Nothing much to prepare . I got the offer within 3 days . It's a cool place to work . It depends on your sales result
