Professional at the beginning and no contact / answers for weeks at the end. Not a good impression at all. Said they need to hire a lot of recruiters but their existing team seems to be already really large, and they don't need to make *that many* hires - so, seems very unstructured. I've seen companies doing great work with half the recruiters - that was an alarm bell. Then, after saying on a phone interview they wanted to move forward, they went off grid for weeks - was obvious then this is a chaotic place.
