I applied online. A couple of days later, HR called me and scheduled a video interview with Human Resources, followed by video interviews with four Senior Team members, including the supervisor, and a Webex meeting with the CEO.

Reasonable questions, very kind people, and they laid out the job duties clearly and consisely! Glad to have found NACD through a recruiting agency!
I had slight experience with boards before this interview but was mainly able to apply skills from my last job to interview questions in how I would bring value to the current role.
