If you have a candidate attend multiple interviews it is professional to at least give them a response back versus ghosting them. The same professionalism and respect you expect from candidates or employees, should be given back. I would not recommend this organization based on the professionalism and the way they treat candidates.

Applied for a director position, offered an analyst position by HR. When it came time for the phone interview, it was for the director position. Really confusing. Surprised at the lack of communication.
