Fairly simple/ standard interview really and I know not every company offers feedback following an interview but disappointing to not even get a thanks but no thanks courtesy email afterwards!

After applying online, I was emailed asking to come in for a group interview. We did a ‘speed dating’ round where we’d get asked short quick fire questions relating to the role and then broke for lunch. I then got a call to say I was through to the next stage and to come back for a trade test. The trade test was 30 minutes and i had to do a complexion match, the full complexion, a winged liner and bold lip (a classic NARS look). Followed by a 1-1 interview with the area manager. Then 1.5 weeks later I got called to say I was successful in role.
