I had a couple of phone interviews which were fairly straightforward. The first one was from HR making sure that my interests lined up with the position. The second was from my future mentor in which he asked me questions related to the work I would be doing.

Are you familiar with any type of programming languages?
Bro they put in a teams call with 3 other teams that I didn't apply to without warning and they ALL asked me questions. They legit read my resume in that exact moment, a lot of them had no idea the interview was happening until they got the teams invite.

Colloquio
One technical interview for 30 minutes, with roughly 10 minutes of self introduction. The mentors explained their projects in more detail during the interview and were interested in how I would solve the current challenges they have.
