Applied online and then received a phone interview a few weeks later. There were a few technical questions but nothing too hard. The bulk of the interview focused on my personality and how I would fit with the team. Really nice people going from the recruiters to the team themselves.

Describe a situation where you and someone else had different approach to the same problem.
Bro they put in a teams call with 3 other teams that I didn't apply to without warning and they ALL asked me questions. They legit read my resume in that exact moment, a lot of them had no idea the interview was happening until they got the teams invite.

Colloquio
One technical interview for 30 minutes, with roughly 10 minutes of self introduction. The mentors explained their projects in more detail during the interview and were interested in how I would solve the current challenges they have.
