I applied online, then received a couple of emails over the next day, from teams that were interested in my skillset. I had phone interviews which each, which consisted mainly of explaining past projects (problem-solving strategies, what I would do differently) and asking questions to gauge my background.

No live technical component, but the process was still technical. Should know your own code very well. Entire team on call usually. Behavioral matters a lot, so know exactly why you want to join.

Very straightforward process - I applied with a referral and had one round of personal and teaser questions, then got the offer shortly after. Overall the process was fast and enjoyable.

Interviewed for Flight SWE position in Fall 2023. Screening Call, then video call with Hiring Manager. Ghosted after the Second round -- Perhaps as a result of the waves of layoffs they experienced (And are still experiencing it seems)
