The interview process itself was very easy and I had a good impression at first. Afterwards they sent me a task to source real candidates for 2 real openings and write a sample of a text that I'd send them to attract them. The vacancy was super complex with extravagant requiremnets, which made it quite challenging to source for, however I managed to find some real good profiles, and wrote a pretty catchy text. After sending the task to NATEK, the recruiter who was leading my recruitment process disappeared. He re-appeared again in around 2 weeks, stating that yea my profile is really good and i've done a great job completing the task bla bla bla however we can't hire you because you don't speak Polish. Well, first of all, it was never mentioned that Polish language is required, neither on job description, nor during the interview. I even asked the recruiter during the initial call whether Polish is mandatory, however he assured me that they work with international clients, so English is enough. I feel like they just took advantage of me and just made a stupid excuse not to hire me. They took advantage of my 'free labor' and I bet they managed to close that stupid vacancy which was given as a task to me. After some time I decided to check on the company and saw that exact same position that I applied for was still open, which means they never found a good fit for the role. They just use candidates' knowledge for free, so beware of the company

The interviewer was "open to world" so it was funny and unstressfull to answer questions. He had a list of must-have questions, and he did his job proffesionally. Just try them by yourself
