The interview itself I really enjoyed, and it was a very welcoming environment. Questions weren’t too hard and they were understanding that I needed time to think and write things down. What really let NATS down is the lack of feedback, I was told I would hear back at the start of a certain week, and I didn’t get my rejection until Friday. I then asked for feedback which I was told I would receive soon, I didn’t hear anything for a month and chased again, still haven’t heard anything and the interview was now months ago. This is disappointing considering the amount of time and effort put into interviewing, and being promised feedback multiple times.
