The interview process was great. Two total interviews and one recruiter call with an activity. They made it feel conversational and not like a sales survey. It would be nice if they could provide more metrics on the process upfront.
Had one initial meeting with the HR manager and she was pleasant and easy to communicate with. She had a lot of questions typical to a hiring manager due to the internal dynamics of the role

2 interviews, one being a mock role play, one with the hiring manager. They do want 3 days in office as well and have a bench program where you can sit for months.

30 mins with a recruiter and then a 1-hr meeting with a VP of Sales. Typically there are more steps but an exception was made. An offer was extended a few days later.
