      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso NBA (Secaucus, NJ)

      Colloquio

      The initial call with the recruiter and Manager of the department went extremely well. The manager and I had a ton in common and shared a lot of the same experiences in our careers. The issue came in when I was asked to speak to a developer on the team. This guy was a serious jerk. He was over 10 minutes late on the call, didn’t bother to read my resume and sounded like he was eating. He proceeded to ask me jr developer questions. After answering , I asked him if the title was correct or if this was a junior position. He answered very arrogantly, “if you don’t know the basics then why would you be in a lead position” I told him that I have no problem answering these questions, I just didn’t expect them for a senior position. He continued to berate me and then said my answers are not satisfactory to him so this is obviously not going to happen. I wished him well and to have a good day. That ended the call. All would have just been ignored and I would have considered it “part of the experience” except the recruiter wouldn’t even answer me back after I explained to him what happened. I felt abandoned and left in the dust.
