The interview process is mostly useless. Upper management tends to higher those who are family members/friends of local sports personalities or current CSN employees. If you're looking for a fair process and an actual opportunity to live out your career goals stay away from CSN (specifically Bay Area)

They bring you in for a one on one interview and ask you what you bring to the table...they will ask and quiz you on your sports knowledge and ask what relevant experience you have in the field....after that they will ask you technical questions and if they like what they here they'll tell you they'll call you....45 minutes was length of interview

Not good. No passion or fire for the interview. Individual was just going trhough the motions and did not care tot ake any interest in why I was even there. Brought me in to a makeup room and interviewed me...was wearing a torn up wrinkeld shirt and was a bit of a mess.
