I was called for a phone interview initially since I lived in a different state. I was asked about my knowledge about the organization and my job skills as well as educational background. When I came in for the in person interview I met with two people but the questions werent overly difficult. This might not be the case now since there is new management. There are looking for passionate policy and advocacy people.
