The process took over 2 months and 4 interviews. I had been invited to apply by co-workers and supervisors, so the position looked promising as I had never really considered this as a career path and I was eager to learn. The people and team are great; however, the process left me a little disappointed as I felt like I was being roped along for an excruciating amount of time, during which I turned down other opportunities to commit myself to this position. This part of the process was frustrating to say the least and could have been better managed. After all, they seemed gung-on on wanting me to apply and I would have been able to take criticism and/or a no, sooner so as to not impede my career progress. Again, good people, but the process needs significant improvement and it still is a great company to work for.
