Found job in CalJobs EDD website. Submitted through NBC website. Contacted three days later by HR "talent search" individual from New York. Phone interview next day. Following day requested to come in for face to face with 5 individuals. Only three were available but hiring manager was one of them.

Fairly straightforward interview, talking about running the division, etc. Didn't go deep into any topics.

How would you structure X (deal, process) if you were in this position?
I had two separate interviews via phone and one video call during Covid. Pre-pandemic, I imagine the video one would have been in person. Good conversations with all three parties.
