Interview process consistd for three interviews. First conducted a phone interview with the recruiter that consisted of basic interview questions. The second round included in-person interviews with both the person I would be reporting to and the HR manager.

really enjoyed the two interviews i had, but was disappointed in their follow-up / communication (ie if i hadn't followed up weeks later, i don't think i would have heard at all that they were moving forward with different candidates)
