You have to do virtual interview that automatically has questions asked given you 2 chances before you submit. If you pass this initial one you can get selected to do a virtual one with a representative or hiring manager.

The interview has several stages. One recorded interview then one group interview. The recorded interview was several questions. After both interviews, I received an email a few weeks later for a follow-up. After the follow-up email, I was given a position.
