The NBCUniversal Careers site is a black hole when it comes to resumes. There are so many going through at all times it is hard to get noticed. After applying through the NBCUniversal Careers site, to no prevail, I started networking with current employees through LinkedIn in order to get my resume noticed and have someone submit it for me from internally. The interview process itself was simple. They are just trying to make sure you know about the company, are able to speak about your experiences in a professional way, and are a good fit personality wise for the team. Be able to ask plenty of questions about the position and NBC, and be able to speak about the industry as a whole. Had two rounds of interviews (2 people during the first, 3 during the second). The last interview was with someone from HR, and from there heard back by EOD.

Currently still in the interview process --> The video interview was quite easy. The questions are the ones others have posted. There's also brief introductory video as well in which you describe yourself.

I sent my resume in, then I was contacted through email a couple of times. I was then scheduled to come in for an interview which ended up going very well! I was hired on the spot. Right after the interview I was taken on a tour of the entire building. I met current employees while on my tour and they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Interview questions were pretty basic. Oh, and first impressions mean everything in this profession.
