      There were several rounds of interviews. The interview process includes interviewing with potential peers for cultural fit. Great opportunity to meet with senior leadership team, potential peers and client groups.

      I applied to the position online. A few days later I received an email from recruiter asking for my availability to schedule a phone interview. That interview was sent from a no-reply email from their ATS and the recruiter had none of her contact information in her email signature. I also initially could not find her on LinkedIn, because her name was different in her email signature vs her LinkedIn profile. I eventually found her on LinkedIn, sent her a message with my availability. She responded asking for my availability on a day that I already said I had no availability. I re-sent my availability and she responded saying that she would email me a calendar invite. I never received a calendar invite, only an email that said "check the calendar invite for the day/time of the interview". I responded telling her I received no calendar invite, and asking for her to send me day/time so I could just block my own calendar. She didn't respond for days. I had to follow up and once she finally responded, my calendar was already booked at that time. I asked her if we could reschedule, and she responded with her availability to reschedule. I responded, but she never responded back. i follow up again and still no response. Get a better process! How are your recruiters so inefficient and non-responsive?

      - I definitely expected more from this organization. Telling a candidate you will set them up for an additional interview with no intentions of doing so, is incredibly unprofessional. If I am not a fit for the role, then just tell me. It would have been very valuable to at least receive some feedback. 1. Initial screen by TA Recruiter a. Very scripted questions, did not seem interested in engaging in a conversation. b. Received an email roughly 1 week later, notifying me of the next interview step. 2. Video interview with Hiring Manager(s) a. Video interview was scheduled to be with two Directors. One Director joined about 6-7 minutes late and said the other individual could not join. b. The Director who did join, asked one question (can you walk me through your background/experience?). The rest of the time was spent with her talking about NBC and the role. c. I did have the opportunity to ask some questions at the end, which the answers appreciated. d. The Director wrapped up the interview by explaining that she would like for me to interview with her counterpart (the Director who could not join) the following week. She would have her team follow up and work on the scheduling piece. e. I did not receive any further communication from NBC after this. Nothing from the individuals that I had worked with throughout the process, or even an automated decline email from BrassRing.
