Process of is compose of three interviews, Initial interview was done by Teams with the HR Generalist. Second, is through examination of competency with Autocad knowledge. And finally is a technical interview with the hiring manager.

The HR contact for this position are very confusing and the interview are not professional at all. Firstly, they scheduled the initial screening call after a month and the actual meeting is 10 mins long and the HR has no idea about the overall interview process. Secondly, the second interviewer who is the manager doesn't even know what position I'm applying to. So they don't care about the positon
Autocad test with some meetings with Hr and some managers. Questions were pretty basic, however the whole process is time consuming. They also ended up ghosting me so a complete waste of time. Would not recommend.

It was a 3 interview process. The first interview was with HR, second was an AutoCAD Test, third was with upper management. Review AutoCAD Basics as it is very much needed in this job position.
