I talked on the phone a few times from someone in HR. He called me one morning and we set up a "meeting" that same day. I met with an assistant branch manager that afternoon. The interview was about 15 minutes long. I read up on the company beforehand and dressed nice, so it wasn't a particularly hard interview. It generally seemed like he was just getting to know me and getting a basic profile of me. I was hired a few days or a week later.

I was called 2 weeks after I applied for a quick chat to confirm that I was good to go for an interview the following week. The interview was virtual and was a half hour long with a branch manager and an HR employee.
