They wanted to know why I wanted to work there. The head manager interviewed me on a busy night where customers were walking by. The interview was laid back and I got hired asap.

I turned in an application and got a phone call a while later for an interview. I came in for the interview and had to do a simple math quiz before the actual interview. The interview was my first, and it wasn't that bad. The interviewer asked about my schedule and other typical questions (why do you want the job?). He said there were 15 interviews and they were hiring 3. I didn't get a call back, likely because I've never had a job before and had no experience. It was still a good interview.
