Hiring process was quite informal. I had an interview with my future n+1 and n+2. The first one focussed on my achievements while the second put me through a 30 minutes pressure test. Afterwards I learned that they trying to establish my professional profile and cultural fit with the company.

There was no specific difficult or trick question. The n+2 kept asking questions and did not give me time to finish answering. This was quite a pressure test!
