What kind of a company would outsource the most important aspect of its business? That is, hiring its human capital - the most precious asset of the company? Well, NCR does. It outsources its recruiting activities to a 3rd-party company that handles resume screening and first round of phone interviews with most terse and impersonal way possible. Worse, you feel like a cow being herded around with a auction ticket on a cow bell. When the (phone) bell rings, you're summoned to a fire round of questions and expect to get another impersonal (automated) email from the outsourcer on the next step, if any.

Slow .. There is no response after taking multiple rounds.. Hr doesnot respond....Not a good company to work with.. Offer is very late and doesn't meet expectations... Waste of time.
The interview process was swift and involved multiple layers of managers and counterparts from varying departments. The questions asked were standard industry interview questions that tested knowledge of common practice.
