One "homework" and then series of consequent interviews onsite. Homework was to solve a technical problem and deadline was in one hour. The interviews lasted for 3-4 hours. There was introduction, technical test, analytic tasks in 1:1 and then some personal assessment. Throug this process you meet as team leaders and common employees also managers in later stages.
