Got a call from a consultant, went there attended 2 rounds of interview. Then the security guard came and told me to leave for the day, I guess the HR's were busy sleeping. Again got called by the hr went there attended another 2 technical rounds on different days. Atlast they told me to join for a package just about equal to my current package. My experience with the company: The HR's have no idea what managers want. There is no cordination between them and the consulting firm they have is of no use.
