They provide 2 months free training and after completion of training program there will be a assessment which decides who will get the ppo and the questions asked was quite easy to moderate level in case of my friend the questions were from linked List to find the middle element and 2 technical round were there in both rounds focuses on in depth knowledge of your favourite programming language and basic questions from DSA Array String And maths topics

There was a prescreening of my resume by the recruitment company. But, during the actual interview, No questions were asked. Was a complete farce. Seems the difficulty is not many people survive the job, so the interview process is made very simple. No written test.

My resume clearly states my experience level, yet they invited me to the interview just to have an arrogant interviewer belittle my background from another industry. If you weren’t serious about my profile, don’t bother calling — so disrespectful and unprofessional. No wonder there's unpleasant comment on Glassdoor — you can feel how toxic the culture is, even through the interview. Zero EQ :(
