The interview process consisted of three test phases - Technical Exam, Preliminary Interview, and Final Interview. Each phase was difficult in its own right but will allow you to reflect on your potential for the position and if you are a right fit for the job. You would need to thoroughly review what you have learned and your experiences thus far.

First, you need to take a written standardized exam. This exam is not only related to computer and programming topics, but various other subjects as well like Math, English, etc. Once you pass, you will be called for a panel-style interview mostly about your experiences, attitude, technical skills, and other generic interview questions. Basically, that's all for the interview process and you will be called in a few days/weeks for a job offer.
