The assessment in the application process was entirely anonymous. They also provided feedback and information on how the assessment was made and how was the application rated. Although it did not result in an offer, it felt fair and unbiased.

Colloquio
May 2024 - I applied online (x3 application questions), then was invited to complete a video interview (stage 1) where x3 questions which popped up on a screen and I recorded my answers), then an in-person interview (stage 2), which took place at their office in London. The interview was fairly informal, they had some questions to go through but chipped in with others, so it felt more like discussion.
After two weeks I hadn't heard anything, so I followed up via email. After a further week I followed up again as I didn't hear anything back, and I was told that someone would ask the panel to get back to me. It's now two months later and I haven't heard from them.

Colloquio
The interviewers were kind and friendly. The interview was 45 minutes of standard competency and technical questions around challenges and prizes as well as management style (very similar/identical to questions already on glassdoor).
To my surprise, I found the interviewers' answers to my own questions about team/work culture and strategy to be less inspiring than I expected.
