Good experience was really nice meeting the team. It was multiple staged interviews and engaging. Everyone was friendly and seemed really intelligent. There was an interest in my passions as well as my experience.

First stage was an online interview with 2 team members and 1 HR person. 45mins of questions around how I have dealt with situations in the past, linking closely back to the job specification. Second in-person interview at the Nesta offices with two different team members. Another 45 mins of questions, again drawing on experiences that were relevant to the job spec. Both interviews were fairly informal and relaxed. All of the Nesta team were friendly. Both times opened with introductions about themselves and asked me to do the same. Following the second interview I heard nothing by the time that they said they would get back to me. I followed up with an email a few days later and never got a reply. Disappointed that they didn't have the decency to get back to me after such a positive interview process.
