The First round was an aptitude test in college which had 30 questions. There were three sections: Quants, Verbal/Logical, Technical. Test was very very easy. Technical section was way too easy. No coding questions. Just Basics of data structures. After that we were called for an interview in their office.
This was supposed to be a Technical Interview since I applied for the position of a software developer. But the Interviewer seemed to be a Non-Technical person who was not interested in any of my technical skills. So he asked only HR Questions.
1.Why should I hire you ?
2.Why aren't you going for Higher studies?
3.what is your ideal job? or what kind of job are you looking for?
4.What are your strengths and weaknesses?
5.Do you like coding ? why ?
6.Which is your favourite project from your resume ? why ?
7.Future Goals ?
Backend engineers should expect basic LeetCode questions and questions based on projects, both personal and professional. They give a quick offer based on 1-2 rounds of interview. HR round is just a formality
Quite challenging, but very adequate for the role.
Really got to know my technical calibre.
Assigned some coding assessments that needed to be solved in a certain amount of time.

Colloquio
The first round is conducted online from thakur college.
1. Aptitude basic (logical, english, programming and quantative aptitude).
I got selected for second round then.
2. Technical interview ( about yourself, explain project and project related question.)
3 . They called in office after completing two rounds. They asked what you have done on python.
If you have knowledge on python then only u have to apply. And also make some projects on python for explaining thats it
