After submitting my application, I believed I received a call about scheduling an interview within a week (I think it was about a week, I mean I started in 2014). They scheduled the interview within the week. During the process, they asked me typical interview questions, my prior experience/education, and why I think I would work well in sales position. Right after my interview, I was told I was hired, conditional upon receiving a clean background check and drug test, which were both taken care of in about 3-5 days. After they received my drug and background forms, they gave me a start date, which was less than a week after they received my passed drug and background test/record. However, I have heard from some people I worked with, that they weren't given conditional employment right after the interview. but they had to wait about a week. I'm not sure what they do now, but I heard of both ways occuring while I worked there from 2014-2016.
