This was by far the worst interview experience I have ever had for any role at any company ever. The recruiters lack professionalism and general courtesy aside from canned copy / pasted messages throughout the process. After spending lots of time preparing, and going through interviews with 6-7 individuals, I received no communication whatsoever. Not even a “Hey, FYI, we expect to make a decision by a certain date.” Instead, I got a passive aggressive email for following up and inquiring about timeline. Finally, after weeks had passed , instead of a human response to politely give reason i.e. “we don’t think you’re the right fit” “we are going in another direction” etc., which you think would be merited after so many hours spent interviewing, an automated message was sent to inform me they would not be proceeding. Ultimately, this was clearly a dodged a bullet. If the interview process and HR team is any indication, there’s clearly significant internal chaos, and a sign to stay far away.
