A few days later I was invited to another interview in the store where they offered me a contract and I was told my initial training will be in another store.

Floor walk exercise for 25mins easy and next processed my rights to work checks after that. Was hired the week after and scheduled for training as well as my shift times

Folded clothes and put on hangers, more a test of composure and basic motor ability. Job accepted, fair pace to it but get the hang of it or near enough target after a while

Interviewed for stock room assistant. Straightforward interview with store assistant manager, met the stock room manager afterwards. Was offered the job the same day. Don't think I had to give references but was one of my first jobs years ago.
