The telephone interview was very informal and friendly. Likewise so was the training day, however, I'm not sure whether this process would be different in normal circumstances (took interview during COVID-19).
Efficent and informative. provided the overall expectation of the job and what they expect from you. allowed you to choose from different times. instore assessment showed you more of what to expect from the job.
The interview was a very easy process, it was done through a phone interview first than an in person interview asking questions about myself and why should they pick me.
