Online application with online tests. Followed up with a telephone interview then a store assessment of 45 minutes being shown the job role and trying out the job role. I was given a £10 gift voucher for attending the assessment, was a nice touch and unexpected.

Had to process a delivery, you had to have 5 items on the table and then you had to tag and size and put size order cubes on the the items.Then put on a rail.You were being timed while doing the delivery.
