It was good. You get mail if you get selected and then there in an interview with hr and senior designer. If you pass the interview you get offer immediately

Really disappointing, did quite a big project which took 2-3 evenings after work to complete in own time, which is normal for a job interview in this field, but not even a generic rejection email was sent after the interview, just completely ghosted.
Didn't need to take 5 minutes to write, just a polite 'unfortunately you were unsuccessful' email would have been appreciated. Chased recruiter multiple times and ignored, just a complete disregard to peoples time really! Be kind, we're humans and time is precious.
