Interview process is pretty easy and probably same as any other interviews. You apply for the job trough website or if you know somebody from inside that could be really help as we do get a lot of advertisements inside the warehouse . If your cv and application is successful you get invite to interview at one of the warehouses . There somebody meet you at the reception and show you where to go and what to do. Gives you quick brief of the health and safety rules and fire evacuation and you just ait and wait for your interview. Interview itself is pretty laid back. The interviewer tries to make you feel as comfortable as they can. They give you simple questions to get to know you, and few questions related to see what you interested exatcly if you have any plans to progress together with company whats is you future plans in company , and basic questions really once you done they will tell how it go and leave you to wait for a call.
