VP of IT seemed perturbed by the whole process as if they were not totally on board with the position. Probably feared the company was hiring her replacement, and she was probably right!

I was contacted by the NFI recruiter who thought I was a fit for the position following the phone screen. I interviewed with the CIO for 2 hours who indicated that they would get back to me in two weeks. They never did. This is the most unprofessional organization I have ever encounter in over 30 years. I sent multiple follow up emails to the CIO suggesting some possible solutions to business issues raised during the interview. They were never acknowledged. I called the recruiter and even offered to work on a contract basis to which I never received a response.
