There were three rounds of interviews, the first was a digital interview and then a 1:1 with the direct manager and a group interview with the skip-level manager as well as another employee. It was a very typical process, the most annoying thing was that after three rounds of interviews and going back and forth with the recruiter, I was then ghosted. It was incredibly disrespectful.
