The first interview was done virtually, where I spoke to a camera and no one else. The questions were mostly about previous experiences and why the NFL interested me in particular. The second interview was face to face (on Zoom) with the hiring manager and a TA employee. We discussed specifics of the role and they asked more specific questions about my knowledge areas and my availability for the summer.

Initial HireVue assessment with about 10 questions. The next round was with manager-level members of the department. The final round was with director-level members of the department. Not overly technical, focused mostly on behavioral and relevant experience.

It was very streamlined, but the first interview you do not speak with a person. At least this was the case for NFL Films department. The second interview which also happened to be the final round was with people who worked within the NFL films department. They asked run of the mill questions like why you would want to work for us and where do you see yourself in 5 years.

It was very long and quite drawn out. Took over 2 months for the entire interview process and had very little communication in that time. Whole process felt very vague.
