The interview process used HireVue as an initial screening. It was the first time I had seen this platform. For those who haven't seen that yet, you answer 5-8 questions by recording your answer and you have a minute or so to prepare. You get one shot at the answer. It was a pretty weird way to interview and was very un-personal. Those personal touches when speaking to an actual human make all of the difference, and that was lost because of this process. I can't speak to how they are in actual interviews, though.
