Challenging, probably because so many people want to work in this industry. Very interesting role in working with a variety of outside organizations. Seems like the role could be more demanding than what I'm looking for however.
Video interview with pre recorded questions and 3 minutes to respond. Total of 10 questions. Submitted recordings then scheduled for teams interview with members of the team and was only 30 minutes long
