Three interviews - one with the direct report, one with the director of the unit, and one with a team member. A computer and job specific ability test was also performed.
Great experience, meet very knowledgeable people. A quick process with fair questions and expectations. I interviewed with team leaders as well as other internal folks. No issues regarding any questions or needs.
