Firstly i had an accuracy test which consisted of using excel to enter information given then changing the information around to the questions asked on a sheet of paper.
the 2 people interviewing were very relaxed and lovely, however, their questions did focus on the NHS's scoring system.

the interview itself was centered around the star scenario e.g describe a situation where you've had to really on your team, describe a time when you've been in a stressful situation
