Very thoughtful and interesting. Gave me some pre work then was asked to do a presentation for a panel of 4 people. They were open to my ideas and asked some excellent questions about how I would implement the changes I suggested.

Standard and straightforward interview process - from application and call out for face to face interview. I felt comfortable given the preparation I'd done with practice questions. Four people on panel including senior exec and HR.
