The interview was ok. Ladies in the interview seem ok. The interview was about 20 minutes. I had to do a mini test before the interview. I was given a form to complete using patient test results

GCP, what motivates you, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what is a clinical trial, stages of clinical trials, team qualities, multi-tasking, working in teams, regulatory bodies and inspection of trial sites, role of a CTA
Excel and word assessment of 15 min each. And then 6 questions, very basic-ish questions, 1 of them on nhs values (involving inclusivity in the workplace). no actual questions on good clinical practice
Pretty decent . There were 3 interviewers. They ask 3 questions each. In a few hours, they got back with response. Hope this helps someone else prepping for interviews for such a role.

Applied online and wrote a supporting statement. Got a call back a week after the application deadline offering an interview. The interview was a week later. Took 2 weeks overall.
